Eclipse is a woman-owned luxury sample sale company primarily located in Los Angeles and New York, offering exclusive deals on top brands from both the U.S. and Europe. We initially helped Eclipse establish its presence in Los Angeles, the location of their flagship store, and later expanded to New York City, Miami, Dallas, and Chicago. Backed by funding to grow the sample sale and off-price market, the company has plans to expand further across North America and internationally.
The objective was to grow Eclipse’s customer database, focusing on user acquisition and driving traffic to in-person and online sales through PPC campaigns.
Since the beginning of our collaboration, Eclipse has acquired over 100,000 members. As of today, our Growth Push is reaching relevant new members daily at under $1 Cost Per Member. Additionally, weekly sale ticket campaigns drive audiences to sales at an average Cost Per Ticket of $1.68. Through testing a variety of campaigns and designs for PPC, we learned that the highest audience engagement came from in-store reels, showing samples of Eclipse’s top items. This strategy allows customers to virtually experience shopping inside one of their local Eclipse stores while also getting a preview of some of the top items Eclipse sells and the ultra-competitive pricing.
