Context

HUM Nutrition is the first beauty nutrition supplement company on the market, providing clinically proven vitamins, supplements, and powders designed around skin and body concerns to make you look great and feel even better.

Objective:

Our objective was to create a relevant and engaging community for HUM Nutrition social media, spreading the brand’s vision of being the starting point of every “Beauty Routine.” The goal was to change consumers’ perception of vitamins and supplements, making the connection between beauty and nutrition, all while driving traffic to the website.

Strategy:

In order to create an engaging, sustainable brand strategy and drive conversions, we employed a strong social content strategy, strategic partnerships with other brands and retailers, user generated content, and a growth hack.
  1. 1. Social Content:

    We used branded visuals with engaging graphic elements, bright colors, and uplifting inspirational content to convey what the HUM brand is about. We created content detailing product benefits, and product ingredients, as well as empowering spotlights of women.
  2. 2. Partnerships:

    We helped HUM gain visibility by leveraging customized content for each partnership, highlighting each partner's uniqueness.
  3. 3. User-Generated Content:

    We asked users to share their experiences and routines with HUM to stimulate conversation among users and expand the community.

Improvements

Followers grew by 940% in over 10 months, reaching +25K followers. As we were looking to grow even faster, we started to analyze followers’ behavior. Crafting visuals gave us a lot of freedom, however, users engaged more with real pictures. Therefore, we revamped all social media content using real-life photography, challenging ourselves to maintain the organic shapes and color coding designed for the brand. This significant improvement in strategy allows users to engage on a more personal level and project themselves in the brand universe while imagining their
own Beauty Routine.
